I am the founder and principal coach at Live Well Power.
I didn’t come to coaching because life was perfectly optimized.
I came to it because I had to rebuild — physically, mentally, and behaviorally — from the inside out.
Living with autoimmune disease required more than theory. It demanded a working understanding of stress physiology, inflammation, behavior change, and nervous system regulation at a survival level — not an academic one.
My Master’s training in Spirituality, Mind, Body provided the psychological framework.
My body required integration.
That intersection — science and lived application — is where this work was forged.
Everything shared through Live Well Power — from anti-inflammatory recipes to mindset recalibration and resilience practices — comes from embodied experimentation. Applied. Refined. Sustained.
